TERMS OF SERVICES

Effective Date: January 3, 2026

By accessing our website, submitting registration information, purchasing league or tournament entry, or participating in Texas Venom Roller Hockey programs, you agree to the terms below. Effective for the 2026 league season.

Program Participation & Waivers

  • All athlete waivers are completed and signed in person at partner rinks prior to participation.

  • Minors require a parent or legal guardian signature on-site at the rink.

  • Athletes must remain supervised by their guardian at all rink locations and events and may not be left alone before, during, or after league play, scrimmages, training, or tournaments.

  • Proper protective equipment is required for all on-rink participation.

Registration & Placement

  • Season registration fees are fixed and paid at checkout to secure a roster spot.

  • Tournament fees vary by event and are confirmed before invoicing or payment.

  • Submitting registration information does not guarantee placement until confirmed by Texas Venom staff.

Payments, Invoices & Refunds

  • All season and tournament payments are final unless approved in writing before processing.

  • Tournament or travel invoices must be paid by the listed due date and late payment may result in loss of roster placement.

  • Refunds are issued only if an event is canceled by Texas Venom or approved in writing prior to processing and may exclude processing fees depending on payment method.

Communication & Merchandise

  • All confirmations, schedules, and invoices are delivered digitally and guardians are responsible for submitting accurate contact details.

  • Texas Venom is not responsible for missed communication due to incorrect email or phone entry.

  • Merchandise purchases are final and size exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available stock and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Rink Conduct & Integrity

  • Texas Venom promotes sportsmanship, safety, and team respect.

  • We reserve the right to remove athletes or guardians from any program due to unsafe, harmful, or unsportsmanlike conduct.

  • No refunds are issued for removal related to conduct violations or failure to sign required waivers or policies at the rink.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in roller hockey includes inherent sport risk including physical contact, falls, and rink-surface hazards.

  • Texas Venom is not liable for personal injury or property loss outside coached, scheduled, on-rink sessions.

  • Injury or medical incidents are addressed on-site at the rink and guardians are notified immediately and athletes may not return to play without proper clearance.

Intellectual Property

  • All Texas Venom branding, website content, program materials, and merchandise designs are owned by Texas Venom Hockey LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

Changes to Terms

  • Texas Venom may update these terms periodically and continued website use or program participation indicates acceptance of any updates.
