PROGRAM & Product POLICY

Effective Date: January 3, 2026

Texas Venom Roller Hockey provides league seasons, pick-up play, tournaments, training programs, and branded merchandise. By registering, purchasing, or participating, you agree to the following terms.

Waiver & Athlete Eligibility

  • All athletes must complete and sign the official league waiver in person at partner rinks before participating in any league season, scrimmage, training session, or tournament event.

  • Minors require a parent or legal guardian signature on-site at the rink.

  • Athletes without a signed waiver will not be permitted to participate.

Guardian Supervision & Rink Safety

  • All athletes must remain supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

  • Athletes may not be left alone at the rink before, during, or after league play, tournaments, or training sessions.

  • Texas Venom staff and coaches provide on-rink coaching and program direction only and are not responsible for individual off-rink supervision.

  • Participation includes inherent sport risk including falls and rink-surface hazards and proper protective equipment is required for all play.

Youth Safety & Reporting

  • Coaches and volunteers are screened and trained in youth safety protocols.

  • Safety concerns, misconduct, or suspected abuse are reported to guardians and appropriate authorities as required by law.

Injury, Concussion & Return-to-Play

  • Players with suspected injury or concussion are removed from play immediately.

  • Athletes may not return without medical clearance.

  • Guardians are notified on-site at the rink if an incident occurs.

Registration & Program Purchases

  • Season registration fees are fixed per league season and must be paid at checkout to secure a roster spot.

  • Tournament fees vary per event and are confirmed before invoicing or payment.

  • Form submission does not guarantee placement until confirmed by Texas Venom staff.

Payments, Invoices & Refunds

  • All season and tournament payments are final unless approved in writing before processing.

  • Tournament invoices must be paid by the listed due date and late payment may result in loss of roster placement.

  • Refunds are issued only if an event is canceled by Texas Venom or approved in writing before processing.

  • Approved refunds may exclude processing fees depending on payment method.

Merchandise

  • All merchandise purchases are final.

  • Sizing exchanges are not guaranteed and depend on available stock. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Code of Integrity & Conduct

  • Unsafe or unsportsmanlike conduct from athletes or guardians may result in removal from programs.

  • No refunds are issued for removal due to conduct violations or failure to sign required waivers or policies at the rink.
